FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
All purchases made on this website are covered under Australian Consumer Law. This means that if the item you received is faulty or not as described, we will happily provide a full refund of the faulty item or send a replacement with all shipping and handling costs at our expense.
CHANGE OF MIND
Our commitment to your satisfaction does not just end when you receive your order, hence our 14 day return policy in case you change your mind.
If the items are unopened and unused in their original conditions, a return request can be made by contacting our customer service at email@example.com within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Refunds are given in the form of the original payment method with the return shipping cost at the buyer's expense.
